Project Coordinator

Job Description
 
We are a full-service licensed general contractor specializing in home remodels and room additions. This is a fast-paced job where most of the time will be spent in the field visiting job sites to assess the project’s needs and coordinate the project to completion. The ideal candidate must be positive, trustworthy, and professional with organizational skills who will work well with customers, company team members, subcontractors, and vendors.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience - Exceptional communication with customers, Trade Partners, vendors, and team members to set expectations regarding quality and timelines.
  • Scope Knowledge - Detailed understanding of the scope of repairs and ability to execute on that scope.
  • Daily review of compliance with the scope and perform quality control reviews of subcontractors’ work.
  • Ensure that customer needs and expectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented in the company CRM software.
  • Coordinate projects from planning to final payment, to include Project Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting & implementation.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors Job Profitability
 
Job Requirements:
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction processes, scope of work and ability to read blueprints.
  • Must have an excellent memory, organizational and communication skills; Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
  • Must be positive, enthusiastic, energetic and a team player.
  • You welcome an occasional challenge and enjoy being a problem solver.

  • You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and the significance of quality and service.
  • Project management experience a plus! Will consider recent Construction Management graduates.
