What You'll Actually Do:

• Diagnose complex problems—spend 70% of your week on true drivability challenges and perform precision repairs across domestic, Asian, and Euro platforms—no assembly-line oil services unless you want them.
• Document your diagnostics clearly via AutoServe1 DVIs.
• Use [atc]'s proven "Five Steps to a Proper Repair" and the 1-3-1 diagnostic process.
• Mentor junior technicians (optional) and earn additional pay for mentoring hours if you choose.
• Finish your day proud, productive, and on time.

Who We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of automotive diagnostic and repair experience.
• ASE certifications (or willingness to achieve—we pay).
• Your own basic tools (with support to expand).
• Top-tier problem-solving skills.
• Positive, professional attitude.
• Willingness to complete a background check, drug screen and physical exam.
